The ICONA Yacht offers a luxurious private charter experience for team-building trips, cocktail parties, dinners, or an overnight “boat and breakfast” on a 64-foot yacht. Accommodating up to 12 guests on the water, with three cabins for up to six overnight guests, it also offers the option for a dockside party to expand your event
Providing 367 square feet of space, our Aloha Room offers a cozy setting for snack breaks, receptions, and other small gatherings. We offer built-in AV, ensuring you and your guests will have no trouble hosting presentations. Our team can help you arrange our room just the way you want.
Right on Diamond Beach, The Star Beach Bar is a wonderful destination for daytime team-building activities or a nighttime cocktail hour. Reminiscent of a tropical oasis, The Star Beach Bar features vibrant lifeguard stands, fire pits, cabanas, games, and more. Team members can enjoy unbeatable ocean views, delicious cuisine, and distinct beverages. The bar also provides live entertainment.
The Great Tent provides gorgeous views of Diamond Beach and the Atlantic Ocean while protecting you and your guests against the elements. Our tent features a plank floor, vaulted ceiling, and clear sides.
For a lunch and learn session, post-meeting cocktail hour, or reception, Coastal Blue delivers. Open year-round, Coastal Blue features beautiful natural driftwood ceilings, seashell chandeliers, and royal blue banquettes. It also provides a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean
For a team-building exercise or other group events, our private beach will give you all the space you need. Featuring soft white sand, our beach provides a picture-perfect outdoor setting for groups of any size.
Available from May through October, The Pavilion is a wonderful spot for corporate meetings, executive retreats, dinners, and other events. Consisting of a 3,000-square-foot tent, The Pavilion offers a built-in bar, wood floors, and custom lighting. It also provides great views of the beach.
Close to Coastal Blue, The Terrace offers ample space for events and dining. Host up to 100 guests at The Terrace. While you’re here, members of your group can enjoy an experience unlike any other at the Jersey Shore.
For board meetings, presentations, and small events, the Aloha Suite will serve you well. Our suite comes with a built-in projector and screen. It also offers two bathrooms, a galley kitchen, and Juliet balconies.
Located on the third floor, our Ocean View Ballroom offers some of the area’s best views of the Atlantic Ocean. With 3,500 square feet of space, our ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests. Slide open the floor-to-ceiling windows, and you and your guests can enjoy the fresh ocean air or step onto the balcony for a full view of Diamond Beach.

Just feet from the beach, The Sandbar Village Beach Bar & Lounge is an outstanding open-air destination for a breakout, meal, or cocktail reception. Featuring cabanas, fire pits, and palm trees, The Sandbar Village is a great place to treat your team to fun in the sun.

A gastropub with a twist, the Avalon Brew Pub provides rich interiors, a casual setting, and indoor and outdoor seating. Like our Avalon Suite, our Stone Harbor Suite offers 775 square feet of event space, a private balcony, a wet bar, two restrooms, and AV equipment. If you’re planning an intimate meeting, breakout, or dinner for a small group, our Avalon Suite is a terrific option. Our 775-square-foot suite features a private balcony where you and your guests can catch your breath and enjoy the Jersey Shore sights and sounds. It also includes a wet bar, two restrooms, and AV equipment.
Offering 713 square feet of space, our Aloha Suite is a great place to host a small meeting, breakout session, or private dinner. Our suite features a wet bar, so you and your guests won’t have to go far to quench your thirst. Additionally, it provides seamless access to an ADA-accessible restroom and AV equipment.
With its indoor and outdoor features, The Veranda is a one-of-a-kind event space. Right next to our Seaglass Ballroom, it offers stunning green hedges, heated floors, and a louvered ceiling. It also has glass walls that help keep the space warm in cool temperatures and can remain open in warm ones.
Our Ohana Room is a perfect choice for large and small groups alike. Use this room to host up to 150 guests, or set it up as a lounge where guests can wind down after a busy day of meetings or team-building activities. With multiple floorplan options, it offers plenty of flexibility for room layouts to meet your needs.
Our Seaglass Ballroom is ideal for large events. Offering space for up to 300 guests, our 4,000-square-foot ballroom features wooden floors, custom lighting, and a soft color palette. Floor-to-ceiling windows also provide plenty of natural lighting.
