Focus, Collaborate, and Grow at ICONA

In September 2023, first time at ICONA Avalon for three-day Board/Senior Leadership Retreat.

The space was not too large to feel overwhelmed. The staff at ICONA were superb offering a friendly, attentive and professional approach. The Team was supportive before and during the planning process and helped me create an awesome experience that was professional, comfortable and enjoyable. The food and menu options were superb as well.

We are back again in mid-September 2024 at the ICONA in Diamond Beach. We are looking forward to our Retreat in this tranquil part of the Wildwoods and the extraordinary customer service of the ICONA Teams.

"College Ave has been consistently using ICONA Avalon for our Fall Offsite (2.5 days) for the last 6 years! ( with the exception of the pandemic) Everyone you come in contact with is professional, courteous, and willing to accommodate without hesitation. The team is top notch even when we have thrown them a few last-minute requests, they deliver without fail. The event space is the perfect size for our group and having two screens with the audio-visual components we need are on target. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and full of the necessary amenities and if you forget something, there is a convenient store by the front desk…even for those midnight munchies! I refer friends and family often as this is our go-to venue. I can’t Thank the team enough for all they do to make our event just perfect every year!"

I can’t say enough good things about the ICONA Diamond Beach and their amazing staff. This year marks the second time my organization has held our staff retreat at this location. Marc, Matt, Chef John, Dan, Jonathan, and many others have gone above and beyond to help us hold memorable staff retreats in a beautiful setting. The facility is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The sleeping rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The food is outstanding! Our staff has really enjoyed this location. We are a birding organization, and the timing of our retreats coincide with fall migration, so this location is perfect for our group. While I can’t say enough about the luxury and beauty of this beachside hotel, it’s truly the staff that make it a world-class destination. I highly recommend this venue for business meetings and retreats, weddings, vacations, and more. Thank you ICONA DB!
